At Somerset Stragglers we are thrilled to announce that Bond Timber have agreed a two-year sponsorship deal with the newly formed Somerset Stragglers Women’s Team.

Somerset Stragglers Cricket Club have been a nomadic touring side since 1900. This summer we are launching a women’s team to provide additional cricket opportunities for women in the county.

Karla Rose Captain of Somerset Stragglers Women’s Team: “It is really exciting to have additional playing opportunities this summer, Somerset Stragglers steeped in a rich history have provided extensive cricketing experiences throughout the years. We have six fixtures lined up for the 2023 season, with potentially more to be added. It will be great to play with different players and against other teams. Whether you play week in and week out, or haven’t picked up a bat in years, there is a playing opportunity at Stragglers- new members welcome!
